Why should I use a key fob pouch?
Many modern vehicle key fobs cost hundreds of dollars to replace. Our pouch helps protect them from water, sand, dirt, and everyday exposure during your adventures.
Is the pouch waterproof?
The pouch is designed to provide excellent protection from water exposure. Always verify the seal is completely closed before use and follow the included care instructions.
Can I take it surfing, boating, or paddleboarding?
Yes. It’s designed for active watersports where keeping your key fob protected is essential.
Will my key fob signal work inside the pouch?
Some key fobs may still transmit through protective materials, while others may not. Performance varies depending on your vehicle and key fob design.
What else can I store inside?
Depending on the size, it can also hold items such as cash, cards, IDs, or other small valuables.
Zipping WTR brand pouch
For the best performance, avoid overfilling the pouch and always zip it gently. Pulling the zipper too hard or too quickly can cause damage. Before zipping, make sure there are no foreign objects, debris, or material caught between the zipper and the zip track.

Shipping & Returns
How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to many countries.
What is your return policy?
Unused products in their original condition may be returned within our return 30 day return policy window.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, WTRbrand will provide tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can occasionally happen due to weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside WTRbrand’s control.
If your package is significantly delayed or tracking has stopped updating, contact WTRbrand and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
What if USPS has lost my package?
If your package appears to be lost in transit, WTRbrand will work with USPS to investigate the shipment and, when appropriate, submit a missing-mail or lost-package claim.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, WTRbrand may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and available carrier coverage.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
First, check:
- Your front door, mailbox, garage, and other delivery areas
- With household members or neighbors
- With your building’s management or mailroom
- That the shipping address on your order was correct
You should also contact the carrier to report the missing delivery.
WTRbrand will assist with an investigation when appropriate. However, WTRbrand is not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms were delivered to the correct address and subsequently lost or stolen.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to WTRbrand because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
What if my package is stolen after delivery?
If the carrier confirms delivery, WTRbrand cannot be responsible for packages that are subsequently stolen or misplaced.
We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
What happens with international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes. International delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Who is responsible if the carrier loses my package?
WTRbrand will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. We don’t simply expect you to deal with the carrier on your own. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
How do I report a missing or delayed package?
Contact WTRbrand with your order number and tracking number. We’ll review the shipment and work with the carrier to determine what happened.

Absolutely. We build products to last and stand behind their quality. If you experience a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service team and we’ll work to make it right.
